Starting my own baking business was a dream but now it finally become a reality.It took a lot of effort, work ,think outside the box, sleepless nights and consideration in order to materialize and finalize. My background helped me in the aspects of the job from the business, manager and consumer point of view. And of course I obtained and achieved the knowledge needed in order to become a unique baker. Through trial and error I created something from scratch, finalizing the whole concept, to visual design, to website, to pricing, to menu, to baking and the list is endless.
