I've spent the last 25 years supporting and giving a voice to children and their families in need/crisis in the Richmond area. During that time, I've come to understand the value and importance of making a connection and an impact in the lives of children / adolescents that have felt excluded or "less than" due to emotional, social or intellectual disabilities. Throughout this time, I've also worked tirelessly to coordinate services, improve outcomes, ensure compliance and positive relationships with numerous community resources, agencies, school systems and individuals. I pride myself on my communication skills as well as my integrity, compassion, attention to detail, professionalism, ability to relate and humility :) While currently looking for a new opportunity to "make a difference" and feel connected to something greater than myself, I am confident that my ability to be a strong team player with leadership skills, my well honed sense of humor, strong work ethic, training background, ability to multitask, problem solving abilities, vision to see the "big picture", organizational programming and project coordination would benefit any agency / mission.
Listed skills include Curriculum Design, Community Outreach, Nonprofits, Program Development, and 29 others.
