Occurring defects in a month & take the action on top three defects accordingly by using 7QC tools.• Doing MSA (Measurement System Analysis) & SPC (Statistical Process Control). • Doing Run Chart for analysis for critical Charteristics to see our process variation.• Maintaining & identify 4-M changes and follow-up for the action plan.• Indulge in development samples.• Indulge PPAP Activities.• Handle the team of final inspection & meet the FG Target.• Working in SAP to transfer the stock from one Station to another and finally to FG Area.• Maintaining Deviation Log Book, Gauge Checklist, Master sample Record weekly basis.
