• Handling Green field project for organic spices of 60 cr as Project Manager.• Cooperates closely with internal and external parties (Government officials, farmers, contractor, PMC etc.) in order to involve the right people at the right moment, and sees to it that they carry out their tasks properly.• Give technical support/advice, Raise critical issues to the upper management; propose and lead resolution planning & Communicate and follow up on decisions and action plans involving the full project team.• Perform technical reviews of the existing and emerging solutions and technologies & Raise critical issues to the upper management; propose and lead resolution planning.• Produce, collect and control the necessary documentation and reports in stipulated timelines of project.• Participate in the agenda preparation for project team meetings: organize meetings, prepare slide decks and give inputs to minutes and action plans.• Prepare and facilitate decision-making processes with the review committee.

PAN India Flour Business, to ensure every product manufactured by AWL compliance the specified relevant statutory, quality standards and regulatory requirements at Third Parties’.· Support Corporate QA Head for organizational Regulatory risk assessment, communication and mitigation plans.· Develop, implement and manage system, documentation on food safety, Quality Plan and regulatory compliance policies/procedures and its impact analysis with organization’s Flour business.· Periodically Audit the Third Parties, to ensure system compliance.· Training & Development of plant team, to meet organization’s quality management system & goals.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:· Ensuring food safety & quality in Regulatory environment and minimizing incidences or justifiable complaints from Regulators.· Manage processes & thrive for scope of improvements with Corporate QA Head for evaluating and dis-positions non-conforming products in the field.· Liaise with technical experts on assessments of hazards and probabilities of occurrences.· Provide technical Support to Corporate QA Head by making sure food quality rules and regulations set by the company are implemented in the extended supply chain.· SOP & Documentation creation for systematic quality program of Business.· Providing RCA & CAPA for consumer complaint assessment and Consumer Satisfaction.· Ensuring compliance to standards and documentation.· Preparation and Implementation of Corrective Action Plan.· Coordination with Co-packer for Compliance to Supplier Guiding Principles.· Meetings with co-packer plant Management for Audit Preparations/ GAP etc.· Carrying Regular Internal Audits and proactively closure of Non-conformance.· Establishing KRA & help to achieve in purview of organization ultimate goal for reporting team

• Monthly and Weekly Production planning & execution based on Market requirements• Communication and Execution of Production plan from Co-packer• Resolving/Follow-up any on-line production issues related process/ utilities/ machinery etc.• Monitoring of Daily Manufacturing & Storage conditions.• Monitoring of Daily Production records.• Taking Preventive/Corrective Actions for observed Non-Conformance & Reporting to Customers.• Monthly tracking of MUV variance & yields.• Identification of improvement areas to increase productivity, Reduce cost & Improve quality• Production/Commercial support for New products & SKU's• Monitoring Co-Packer control on Quality Parameters for Raw Material and Finished Goods.• Monitoring of Quality Checks during Production by organoleptic, Physical and Chemical tests• Preparation for Global QA audits & enforcement at production level.• Meetings with co-packer plant Management for Audit Preparations/ GAP etc.• Ensuring compliance to standards and documentation.• Monthly update of Raw material/packaging material forecasting based on Pos, Indents & rolling forecasts.• Co-ordination with Concentrate for forecasting & invoicing of concentrates for production requirement.• Tracking and Revision of Concentrate supplies against sourcing plan.

Responsible for all production and maintenance activities.Active supervision over the MUV of the process, related to variance in EM and PM.Ensure Quality of Finished Goods as per Expected Norms and to Maintain Hygienic Conditions In entire SectionTo Maintain All the Quality Systems and Implementation of SOP's in Entire section.Direct responsibility for achieving the targeted yields; minimize losses and usage factors for EM/PM and consumables during the shift.

To Apply quality parameters of R.M, P.M & Finished Goods.To relate the HACCP study and Audits, Man Power handling. Computer work using ERP-Navision software.
