In 2017 we started to look for a new challenge and we came across the concept of serviced offices. We realised it was very similar to our HMO model - buy or lease a property, convert into smaller spaces and let these out to individuals/ companiesHowever, we wanted our offices to stand out from the crowd so have a very specific set of criteria: - Location, location, location- all our offices are in town centre locations. Everyone needs a break from their desk and its great to have somewhere to pop out to during the lunch hour - Keep it small - this way everyone gets to know each other and you can build up a fantastic business community. - Make it beautiful! We love taking a neglected space and transforming it into something special . We want our members to walk through the door and feel inspired and motivated. - It's personal - our team go out of the way to make sure everything is just right, they are the heart and soul of everything we do and our workspaces wouldn't be the same without them.

In 2011 my husband Andy and I joined Platinum Property Partners as franchise partners. The franchise taught us how to buy, renovate and rent high quality accommodation in HMO's(Houses of Multiple Occupation) for young professionals. We now run a hugely successful business in Bicester and have come to realise that we who don't just rent a room, we rent a lifestyle. We want our tenants to call our houses their homes, to socialise with each other and to enjoy living a life in Bicester so we created Bicester Living.
