I provide leadership development consulting services, working with small groups and individuals, primarily Boards and Executive/C-Suite leaders. I partner with them to develop anti-racist, inclusive, and trauma-informed organizations. Through trainings and conversations I help to create a top-down approach to their internal justice work. I facilitate a systematic redesign of their organization; empowering mission-driven entities to enact meaningful, measurable, and longstanding change. I achieve this by cultivating long-range coaching relationships that foster a deeper, personalized, and nuanced space to process, understand, and hold accountable those who wish to pursue a more socially justice minded approach to their leadership. I also provide professional development coaching to early and mid-career professionals. My focus is working with women and non-binary people of color and/or members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a member of both groups, I have experienced and can relate to the difficulties of navigating the professional world with these identities. I am a source of support, reference, and resources for those looking to advance in their careers.
