Responsible for a team of 17 dynamic program managers and schedulers in the corporate training space, who manage, schedule and grow multi-million dollar portfolios of client engagements. Strong focus on customer relationships, delivery and account growth, through operational excellence. Responsibilities include client management, daily workflow, professional development and departmental budgets. Conduct weekly team building and best practice calls to foster growth and motivation. Partner closely with sales organization to maintain and promote alignment. Provide leadership to the integration of two training companies including products, processes, people, culture and most importantly clients. Strong focus on integrating systems to support the new, combined organization and client base. Also responsible for 200+ consultants including hiring, contracts, agreements, and quality management.

Responsible for sales support of a new product line in the project management training and consulting space. Manage relationship with training partner, various international business partners and support clients in the development of full project management training, consulting and mentoring solutions. Contribute to organizational wide knowledge base of project management, certification and process improvement, as well as performing as a frequent corporate guest blogger. Provide client support and subject matter contribution to content development of custom course materials and facilitation. Further support sales and marketing with industry email campaigns, video blogs, ghost writing, and coaching.

Responsible for establishing and building a partner relationship from inception to delivery of a university level public training program. Positioned program with partner, guided team training and implementation, including deployment schedules and procedures. Participated as an on-site participant with client in the program initiation and design.

Worked with all facets of setting up a new business, including legal framework, P&L management, strategic planning and structure. Daily management of the business includes scheduling w/ contractors, clients, managing printing and publication vendors, answering student questions, coordinating w/ PMI for paper-based exams and application approvals, invoicing & collections issues.

Managed account professionals, departmental budgets of approximately 25M, while partnering with sales professionals to enable smooth, profitable delivery of the services sold. Interfaced with all parts of the company and customers, inlcuding setting policy and procedure. Worked very closely with my direct executive managers on many special projects that were designed to improve morale, quality and customer loyalty.
