• Managing a store of 17k Sq ft.• Leading Men’s, Ladies & Kids Departments.• Driving E-Commerce/Online sales with a dedicated team. Managing the on-time pickup, on-time delivery, INF & ODR. Average 80 orders/per day valued at avg Rs. 90k.• Responsible for inventory & cost control of the store.• Daily tracking of KPI of each department & ensuring availability of the same.• Training Staffs for controlling shrinkages & keeping a daily track on high shrinkage MC (Merchandise Categories).• Handling a team of 50+ Staff, Team Leaders, Team Members, House Keeping, Security & POS Staffs.Revenue Generation:• Preparing sale Projections.• Leading, driving & achieving Sales targets and ensuring profitability.• Keeping a control check on costs & expenses.• Developing new avenues for promoting the business.• Maintaining P&L & ensuring EBITDA Positive.• Ensuring availability of top 10 merchandise categories of respective departments.
