Vasi is an interior designer, certified kitchen designer , licensed contractor, and the owner of "The Breakfast Room, Ltd. and Poggenpohl Long Island and Vasi Ypsilantis Design Associates.Vasi is also the owner and principle of Cabinetry by TBR, Inc a construction company that executes high end installations and construction projects. Her showroom located in Manhasset, New York, is the only dealer in Long Island of two of the most prestigious cabinet line in the industry: Poggenpohl and Downsview. Vasi and her staff of designers and carpenters are trained to design, sell and install all projects with the finest construction methods.In 2009, after spending 24 years designing and installing kitchens for some of the most beautiful homes in New York, including numerous historic homes, Vasi expanded her company to become an interior design and build firm: Vasi Ypsilantis Design Associates.Her many talents, decades of experience, and the ability to bring together the most talented and experienced professionals guarantees the most satisfied clients.Vasi's numerous published work in national design and news publications and being the recipient of the "First Place Winner of the Sub-zero/Wolf Traditional Kitchen Winner" has earned her a respected position in the interior design industry. She has served on an Architectural review boards, and many charitable design projects. In 2012/2013 and 2014 Vasi was selected as one of seven judges to select the international winners for the Sub-zero/Wolf design contest.
