Lead all aspects of the Bulgarian Operations, including Manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, planning, logistics, customer service, transport and distribution.

Lead brewery operations team including Brewing, Packaging, Utilities and Engineering.

Manage and prepare department budget (KPI’s, consumption, headcount).Lead, facilitate and ensure continuous improvement initiatives in the department, consumptions, people, time optimization.Lead and ensure departmental meeting and follow up of KPI’s, SLA’s. Ensure effective relationships with other departments within the organizationEnsure team strength, involvement and empathy providing trainings, coaching, regular feedback and performance assessment of departmental tam members.Ensure corporate safety, environment, food safety, HACCP, PTS standards are followed and respected within the department Lead and ensure capital projects (CAPEX) in the department as a project leader for projects above 150000 euro.

Follow up of daily, weekly and monthly departmental performance indicators (KPI's) in accordance to management control and reporting system.Lead initiatives for improvement of departmental KPI’s preparing analysis, action plans and analytical problem solving tools. Lead and ensure capital projects (CAPEX) in the department as a project leader for projects up to 150000 euro and as a team member for bigger size projects.Ensure corporate standards are implemented and embedded in the department
