- Lead the planning and implementation of project- Define and lead the local Project team including headcount resource planning- Ensure safe launch for new products, line/equipment transfer and, after SOP, optimization of the products in serial production- Interface between Plant and Development Project Team- Define the strategic budget- Prepare the design for manufacturing workshop- Definition of production concept and automation level, variant analysis, ensure required capacity- Defining of material flow, optimization of the line layout (LEAN concepts)- Drive the product line release, qualification and PPAP run for new products, and other changes (software, design, materials) for products in serial production

- Defining the FMEA, technical specifications, process descriptions and work instructions during the project realization- Ensuring the process capability of the production processes during launch phase- Ensuring the technical availability of the production equipments during launch phase- Installing the production lines
