Profile bio

About Adrian Vasile

“Hello, is it me you’re looking for?” Well, Lionel Richie had a Linkedin point even though it was more a Bumble-Tinderish goal at origin. I won’t let you ask twice and i will start introduce you to my trailer since “i can see it in your eyes”.For sure some traumas from my childhood defined my “future me” as a stable and in long lasting relationships with my employers, considering my “at least” 9 years each individual attachments with two of the most (awarded) loved brands in telecom and fashion retail in Romania. And since no one is remembering you while you were average, even though i hate bragging, here are some of the peaks i climbed: p̶r̶i̶z̶e̶ f̶o̶r̶ p̶o̶p̶u̶l̶a̶r̶i̶t̶y̶ i̶n̶ m̶y̶ s̶t̶u̶d̶e̶n̶t̶ y̶e̶a̶r̶s̶ let me delete this since is not career worthy, well managed 6 figures budgets in a foreign currency, direct drove profit growth with at least two recent career occasions, lead a store team of 40 people to reach Best Shopping experience prize for 2/4 quarters out of 50 teams, innovated in several projects with influencers nationally acclaimed at PR Awards, managed, planned, setup, brainstormed a lot and delivered some ROI with seven most loved global brand collabs events x H&M, went frontline with the flag with the brand’s first Black Friday activity in RO, e-com launch or non-standard projects and in 2023 taking second best position in Europe for the Loyalty Program in Romania on the most important global communicated program KPI.Of course i come full package, behind my Marketing/ Sales, Social Media& Influencer, Project Management and teams leading successes lie weaknesses i thrive and overcome (i wrote the last part because it gives fine touch in interviews): 1. i tend to pay too much attention to details like a “mother in law” or as Cillian Murphy playing the role of J. Robert Oppenheimer in the next/ last (depending when you read this) Oscar winner movie, but i make unpolished shine.2. i find difficult to be a negative person and say No to people sometimes (due to my family education) but achieving goals come always first. So here i am under a form of a trailer of a movie who got nominations on some TIFF, Bafta or Palm d’Ors written as credentials in the first seconds to draw some attention to future audiences to pay a ticket and see the full movie. With 9.2 on imdb.comTake a seat for some career credentials below. Thanks for reading!
