-Responsible to develop & execute models of assignment (legal module, queueing,strategies, decision trees ,assignment packets ) in order to continuously optimizeportfolios’ KPIs.-Coordination of and participation in new portfolio migration. Locating and planningareas for migration.-Design, development and coordination/maintenance of recoveries and collections eco-system for assets portfolio under special liquidation.-Responsible for reporting collections for transactions and portfolio sales. Participation inQ&A’s processes for transactions and portfolio sales.-Qualco parameterization as administrator (legal module, assignments, queueing).-Coordination of and participation in system upgrades and new implementations(Business requirements, UAT, rollout and post implementation fixes and support

-Data mining through data warehouse with specific tools (SQL).- Business project analysis (Business Requirements, case scenarios, UAT).-Administrator user on Collections System. Case assignments on external agencies,resolving production management issues.- Development and preparation of reports for the Management Team.- Coordination of and participation in core systems migrations (Business Requirements,case scenarios, UAT).

-Sets and ensures dynamic monitoring for the achievement of revenues & restructuringtargets of annual budget.- Objectives setting for performance teams in line with Retail Banking Operating andBusiness Plans. Monitoring of results against objectives set as well as design andimplementation of corrective actions where required.- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coachingwhere required.

-Managing staff members who are responsible for collecting debts from delinquentborrowers.-Monitoring delinquent accounts to identify potential collections opportunities.- Planning, and completing advisory projects, business process reviews, activities relatedto credit underwriting and credit risk.

- Monitor day to day activities and report performance KPIs to stakeholders.- Supervise the performance of Collections Team Leader.

-Systematic monitoring of overdue claims and monitoring of compliance with debtrepayment plans.- Total management of the receivables portfolio to reduce the settlement time ofoverdue debts and minimize bad debts.
