A multilingual (English, Spanish, Greek and Bulgarian-speaking) Customer Service Sr.Team Leader with close to eight years' of experience working in the Technology & Telecoms sector - currently responsible for two Customer Service accounts with Concentrix. In the past, I have worked in various industries, including international and alternative Tourism, Logistics and Supply Chain, and European Fund Management Consulting. All of my roles have had strong customer services and 3rd party liaison and management aspects.In my spare time, I'm a yoga instructor and in the past I was a professional photographer - nowadays it's still a dear hobby of mine. I'm also a hang glider and hang glider powertrike pilot (occasionally competing in international competitions and even more occasionally winning the odd medal or two), although having a kid has been keeping me more and more grounded recently. When the wind is sufficiently collaborative, I thoroughly enjoy combining two of these hobbies into aerial photography and cinematography.
