I am Ruslan Vasilev, a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of success in the banking industry. Currently, I hold the position of Head of Investor Relations and Managing Director of the Strategy Development Department at Bank Saint Petersburg, a Top-10 bank in Russia (ticker: BSPB RX).I have a proven track record of success in developing company strategies, performing in-depth financial modeling. I have a wealth of experience in developing and streamlining reporting on business model updates, KPIs, and strategic metrics. With expertise in BI tools such as QlikView and Power BI, I have effectively analyzed customer and product segment profitability. I have designed and implemented an in-house solution to track financial results on a daily basis, as well as performed extensive internal financial analysis and industry research to facilitate management decision-making.My expertise in managing investor relations has contributed to the significant expansion of the bank's investor base, which now includes over 450 institutional investors worldwide. As a result of my efforts, the bank's annual reports have received five consecutive LACP Awards and the World Economic Magazine Award for Best Bank for Investor Relations in Russia 2021.In 2021, I focused on retail investors and developed and launched Russia's first corporate telegram channel for retail investors.
