Dreaminfluencers is a fast-moving SaaS startup, which is organised around the creation of an Influencer Marketing Platform where brands can create exclusive influencer communities, manage campaigns, track their influencer generated content and build relationships with their community of influencers. Blazar acquired Dreaminfluencers in May 2022.

As a Head of Growth I was heading up various growth initiatives within three main streams, those being 'internationalisation', 'alternative market penetration', and 'partnerships'. In addition to this, I conducted various Ad Hoc tasks as well as operational projects for the Founder's and CEOs as well as other senior stakeholders. Some of the new market entries we conducted as part of my team added +100 million GBP in top line within 18 months.

As a researcher in the procurement & analytic solutions, my main engagement was to configure a multi-criteria decision model for global supplier selection. The model - which was built in Tradeextensions - was based on the idea of collaborative optimisation, and was created together with one of the VP's of EMEA.

In collaboration with a team of five people, my main task was to enhance the overall innovation process within the intellectual property department as well as the R&D department of Bosch Rexroth AG. The project was conducted from Berlin and at the headquarters in Lohr am Main, Germany.

The job was organised around a project, which was being conducted in a joint collaboration between three different educational institutions: Aalborg University, Metal College Aalborg and University College Nordjylland. The objective of the project is to ensure knowledge exchange between ten SME’s in the Danish metal industry and the educational institutions, thus ensuring the prospective innovation, competitiveness and growth for the involved participants.

The objective of the internship position conducted at LEGO Australia was to analyze the cost of carrying excess inventory and, in continuation, develop a normative decision model. The purpose of the model is to illustrate the cost associated with different scenarios related to managing the excess stock, thus providing a solid basis for prospective decisions.
