Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Recruitment and selection of candidates for various specialties in permanent and temporary positions (customer service, business support, sales, engineering, law, etc)- Creating attractive ads, screening CVs, sourcing & headhunting- Assessing & interviewing qualified candidates - Communication with clients from various industries to determine their needs & keep them up-to-date with the procedures- Temporary contracts administration (renewals, termination, etc)- Supporting new employees in the onboarding process- Participating in career fairs as a Randstad Ambassador- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
