Educational - Development PLOIGOS is a non profit organization, with interest in the local development of rural Crete. I am responsible for the promotion of educational programs, creating content for communicational material and implementation in various studies.

I have been involved in multiple projects in various fields of marketing, such as market research, marketing plans, content creation, digital marketing. I was participating in studies related to corporate social responsibility, tourism and rural development.

Mainly handling unsatisfied customers in a very demanding environment. In my duties, were all kind of passenger services, mainly lost and found, also cargo, archiving, check-in, boarding, sales, passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) services, VIP passenger and private flights. I improved a lot of my skills such as Time Management, Pacience, Punctuality, Multitasking, Empathy and Customer Service.
