Manages the IT Infrastructure• Responsible for providing a secure and reliable Infrastructure.• Ensures physical & logical security of the IT Infrstructure. Provides continued support.Manages the Enterprise Services• Manages the IT Service Desk efficiently to accommodate daily business needs. • Recruits, develops and manages IT Service Desk team (team of 4). • Service requests are coming from 850 employees, both office based and mobile. (On average 30/day with a 96% respect of SLA, the highest in EMEA region)• Develops policies and procedures for ticket management, troubleshooting and service including SLAs• Serves as the Project Manager for all new deployment related projects. Prepares and establishes budgets, priority list, risk management parameters and ensures that all deadlines and timetables are consistently metDigital oriented• Creates a high-quality & consumer-grade Digital Workplace experience at work. • Changes work habits to drive more collaboration and business efficiency• Drives the Employees IT upskilling related to new technologies and tools through tailormade training sessions
