My position within the organisation, as a Product Manager was crucial. I was responsible for overseeing 7 of the most significant, flagship, networks that the company manages or owns.I was charged with the responsibility of working closely with teams of highly dedicated developers, designers, and marketers to achieve business development, sustained traffic, revenue growth on various platforms and devices thus ensuring a high ROI.I facilitated in creating a strong direct relationship between the company and the consumer by providing Business Intelligence and optimising websites based on sound understanding of monetization, brand awareness & product selection.Together with the technical department, I was able to expand the B2C and B2B customer bases and create long-term customer relationships. This was achieved by creating brand loyalty through the satisfaction of customer needs and wants and the optimisation of the products accordingly.

As a production and Quality Manager, I was responsible for planning, coordinating and administrating content and the production team for a number highly trafficked web properties.My role was to ensure that productivity was executed at maximum capacity and the production process was conducted efficiently. This was achieved by managing a team of professional content editors and designers while minimising overhead.
