Led the rebranding of the Talents4You website, aiming to align the organisation’s digital presence with its evolving vision, mission, and expanded operational scope. As part of this project, I managed the complete redesign of the organisation’s website. Having personally undertaken content creation for the renewed website, I oversaw the creative aspects of the redesign to ensure an impactful and cohesive brand identity.My responsibilities included creating content tailored to reflect Talents 4 You’s values and offerings accurately. I collaborated closely with the web development team handling coordination between stakeholders. I ensured that the website's aesthetics, functionality, and messaging aligns with the organisation’s redefined brand goals.

Crafted a social media communications plan for Joobs, created, scheduled and promoted content on social media platforms, graphic design for social media channels using Canva and Figma. Co-created a Belgium-wide survey on workplace well-being along with academic collaborators, promoted the survey through social media channels.Regularly interviewed candidates and compiled reports with the aim on improving UX of the Joobs website.

As our family ventured into our first business endeavour in hospitality, I was tasked with creating and maintaining our online profile on booking platforms, handling bookings, hosting guests (when on location), communicating with customers and optimising our web presence.
