lllooch is a Russian producer of designer furniture, interior items and accessories that aims to bring the ideas of young and tallented Russian designers to life. My performed tasks:• Business plan development and fundraising in a German private investment fund• launch of production of a product line including furniture made of wood, metal, natural stone, lamps with smart electronics, designer toys, etc. Launch of production of designer extension cord in Shenzhen, China• Certification of all products for the Russian and European markets• Development and launch of the Russian online store• Development of in-house online system for production, logistics and order management.• Opening of showroom in Moscow• Construction and opening of a showroom of Russian design in Berlin (Telegrafenweg 21, Berlin)• Organization of supply chain of Russian products to warehouse in Berlin (transport logistics, customs clearance)• Launch of European online store• Preparation and participation in international exhibitions (Homi Milano 2015, iSaloni 2015 Milano, IMM Cologne 2016)

The main activity of the company was distribution and sales of household appliances and electronics. The company ran 22 official monobrand online stores and was an official distributor of such brands as SEB group (Tefal, Rowenta, Moulinex, Krups), Spectrum Brands (Remington, Russell Hobbs, Varta), Philips-Saeco, Zelmer, Nivona and others
