In addition, my senior level for the last job most probably is not on par with senior level in your company. However, that is not a problem, and I strongly suggest you look closely at my potential and not my current state as a professional.I am first and foremost an engineer. I can easily adapt to new and changing environments: from accepting different workflows to learning unfamiliar technologies. Moreover, I am a changer myself: if something around me is inefficient or lacking, and there is no one who could help with that, I will take matter in my own hands and do it myself – so that others could work with more comfort and deliver better results.I am a senior who is ready and willing to advance to management if needed.
