Managed all communications with government agencies, on-going legal cases with appointed lawyer and 'Licensed Warehouse Scheme' application with Singapore Customs.The company was taken over by NO SIGNBOARD HOLDINGS LTD. (SGX:1G6) for price consideration exceeding 200% of its equity value.

Directed the creation of 'DRAFT Denmark®' brand. Coordinated and supervised production of brand campaign visuals locally and overseas. Managed marketing campaigns and outlet branding. Evaluated event sponsorship proposals.Planned and managed 'DRAFT Denmark®' exhibit in BeerFest Asia (2015 & 2016): event budget, booth design and fabrication, promotions, giveaways, staff roles and brand ambassadors.

Managed social media accounts and planned promotions for each individual outlet. Managed collection of customers' data in accordance with PDPA that was used for SMS blasting of special promotions. Assisted Managing Director in daily tasks such as conducting staff meetings, planning staff schedules and assignments and monitoring clubs' operations. Accompanied Managing Director for all business meetings.

Managed all aspects of club's marketing: press releases, advertising in digital and print media, social media content, Facebook and Google ad campaigns, email marketing.Sourced and booked international DJ's, negotiated and processed payment with artistes' management, made travel arrangements. Ensured equipment set up met to tech-rider specifications.Designed and supervised implementation of a multi-tier customer rewards (CRM) loyalty system with POS integration.Sourced, planned and coordinated corporate events creating additional revenue stream outside of operating hours.

In the first 6 months, increased monthly revenue by 150% by revamping bar concept and effective social media marketing; increased Facebook page following by 600% with weekly reach of 50'000.

Managed day-to-day bar and restaurant operations, decreased COGS by sourcing new suppliers and set a new record for monthly sales.
