Responsible for retail systems’ development and support.Main deliverable:- Migrated retail information system from “one-store” to “retail-chain” mode, while opening 2 hypermarkets

Responsible for current maintenance, change planning and implementation of telecoms (LAN/WAN, Internet, telephony) and UNIX infrastructure for the company’ sites in Russia/Ukraine.Telecoms area: planning of new services’ installation and management of existing corporate WAN network (5 main sites in 4 cities, 11 regional offices), Internet-related activity, voice communications, videoconferencing.UNIX support: management of the company’s RISC servers (main business applications running on a distributed network of eight HP, IBM, SUN and Digital servers), including performance tuning, capacity and backup planning, setting up disaster recovery procedures.

Responsible for UNIX servers setup and maintenance in company-wide projects, troubleshooting Oracle- and UNIX-related problems for external and internal customers.
