Having worked with startups in a full-time capacity, I know what the early days or months of a start-up feel like. Funding is scarce, time is running out, there only a couple of employees available. There seems to never be enough time to work out inefficiencies in bookkeeping or properly integrate necessary systems to ensure controls are in place and the company is ready for scaling. In my capacity as a founder of Consigo, that is exactly what I offer my clients - bookkeeping and system-analysis/integration services, a function traditionally performed by a financial controller.
