Having worked with startups in a full-time capacity, I know what the early days or months of a start-up feel like. Funding is scarce, time is running out, there only a couple of employees available. There seems to never be enough time to work out inefficiencies in bookkeeping or properly integrate necessary systems to ensure controls are in place and the company is ready for scaling. In my capacity as a founder of Consigo, that is exactly what I offer my clients - bookkeeping and system-analysis/integration services, a function traditionally performed by a financial controller. By working online and remotely, I am able to offer these services at a fraction of the cost of a full-time controller.

I developed entire finance and accounting function from scratch for the Canadian business unit. Also integrated many business processes via different automation tools (Zapier, webhooks, Excel VBA scripts) to remove manual processes and reduce the number of errors (and ultimately keep employees doing what they were hired to do!).
