KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-1) Process Design & Improvement:-Develop and implement manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and quality control, to optimize production efficiency.2)Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:- Identify process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and waste.3) Collaboration:-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on manufacturing requirements.4) Quality Assurance:- Establish and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards.5)Documentation:- Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
