Project HeadZhl Apr 2017 - Apr 2018Bhopal Area, India- Was part of Madhya Pradesh Operations since inception took the handover post getting the Ambulances audited from the previous service provider in one night across MP over 600 plus Ambulances in October 2016 with lot of planning, strategy and team work.- Project Head Operation’s Bhopal (MP) have handled Integrated Emergency Medical Ambulance Services (EMAS) in MP under a common three digit number “108”.- Managed 4 project under PPP model with National Health Mission (NHM) MP have handled day to day operations of almost 1500 Ambulances and MMU's in districts of MP, also 104 medical health help line for the state which deals with medical advice, physiological counselling.- Successfully operated 24x7 Contact center of the state at Bhopal also responsible for support functions like HR, Quality, R&M, Inventory, F&A, MIS and PHC.- Key responsibilities generating revenue by introducing various cost effective method and by creating new business opportunity minimized penalties, maximized production with meeting SLA’s of RFP also handled a staff of around 3500 on field and back office.- Invoice generation and submission on time, getting the payment with regular follow up from NHM, ICE activities for awareness of service in each district of the state, media interaction was equally important as we deal between life and death situation and media help us reach the patient’s in rural areas, government relations, meeting with NHM officials with respect to a project update, expense monitoring, budget for every year, etc.- Procurement and fabrication of new Ambulances launched in Madhya Pradesh by state and Central Health Ministry team at Indore 200 odd Ambulances were replaced.- Handled public/media grievances about the service also handled 108 Ambulance crew Union
