✓ Work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to understand raw material requirements, in-process quality requirements, product test plans and requirements.✓ In-Process inspection of composites products and tooling✓ Handle and Schedule TPI with client✓ Generate and maintain Quality documents including QAPs, Dimensional inspection reports, process log sheets and in-process check lists, test reports etc.✓ Raw materials seals qualification and acceptance.✓ Raise, Maintain and follow up for closure of Non-conformance reports.
