My main role was post production supervisor. I was leading a tem of four video designers. Our main responsibility was post-production for video commercials, movies, tv shows. 2D / 3D animation. I was participating in post-production planing, quality control and doing everything to fit into the deadlines. I've also managed freelancers outside the company when needed. Worked with bigest Lithuanian clients as Omnitel, Švyturys, Volfas Engelman, Stumbas and others. Also we did post-production for award winning Ignas Jonynas movie "The Gambler", and some smaller ones.In this position I've also used my programming skills to develop some tools and scripts of our own for software we were using (Adobe After Effects, Blackmagic Fusion).

TV-3 is one of major lithuanian televisions. I started to work there as junior technician, but after few months switched to graphics design and video editing. Main responsibilities were design of on-air graphics, editing of film and TV show trailers, news reports and TV shows.
