- Managing trained staff- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) assingned development of Phase 19 of South Pars Gas Field, to POGC and subsequently POGC subcontracted it to a consortium comprised of PETROPARS .

- Reviewing electrical documents prepared by electrical team. - Design, control, and implement electrical systems- Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards- Preparing proposal and competition price for participation in different tenders.

- Creating electrical drawings for Kermanshah project, updating existing drawings as needed - Communicating with clients about changes- Reviewing and revising design documents to ensure compliance with El. standards for Fajr 2- Creating electrical schematics and diagrams using computer aided design (CAD) software- Designing electrical control panels, switches, circuit breakers,transformers, light fixtures, power lines, outlets, and wiring systems- Developing electrical layouts based on the client’s specifications
