- Observe children on their developmental milestones to learn and ascertain trajectory.- Monitor and Identify signs of emotional and developmental stages in children and flag any lapses and delays to parents for intervention.- Advocacy role to understand the emotional needs of children and treat them as individuals.

Role range :- From Analyzing the BRD & TRD to preparing detailed Test plan, test scenarios, descriptions, design & write test cases or test scripts based on requirements & standard norms , plan or generate test data either from existing data or create new one. - From Setting up test environment to preparing Bug Report and sharing with the concerned people.- Was also involved in Functional Testing and Regression Testing. Generating metrics, log time- Experienced in QTP & QC and in creating RTM

Two years in Learning and Development Team handling multiple training cycles - identifying, sourcing and executing trainings based on training needs of business functions. Was part of Org Design and Change Management projects, bringing in governance around training need analysis with functional focus ; assessing training effectiveness linking it to performance and productivity ; moving to online modules and training management tools for process improvement, developing softskill training modules and online tools.Initial years in Allianz had given me overall exposure in Talent Aquisition, Sourcing, Internal Job Process, HR Audits, Regulatory and Statutory Compliance as well as HR Admn and Operations that forms a solid foundation in my career in HR and also in QA Testing and Automation later.
