Project Architect in charge of design, drawing production and construction administration of dozens of commercial projects. Harvested good relationships with clients and brought into the firm two large buildings (one a 200,000sf office and retail building and the other a 400,000sf mixed use 24 story tower with retail, commercial and 380 residential units) that needed full renovations and redevelopment. Designed and produced Construction Documents for residential buildings ranging from high-end condominiums in Brooklyn to a low income senior's housing in Manhattan, as well as office interiors.Aided in material finish selection in a variety of office projects.

Designed and produced Construction Documents for an artist loft building in Brooklyn (30,000sf), a rehab office space in the Bronx (80,000sf), and aided in the conception and development of numerous proposals as well as material/finish selection for all office projects.
