In my current role as a Front-End and Design Manager, I assume holistic responsibility for overseeing both the front-end and design teams. My scope of duties encompasses strategic planning, meticulous design conceptualization, effective management, resource allocation, and continuous refinement of both front-end and overall design processes. I am dedicated to orchestrating a seamless workflow that allows our teams to adeptly respond to diverse client requirements.A key facet of my role involves the ongoing enhancement of our front-end and design workflows. This dynamic approach ensures our teams remain agile and adaptable, consistently delivering high-quality solutions. I am committed to fine-tuning our processes to meet the evolving needs of our clients.Furthermore, I actively contribute to the development of our internal SaaS product. This involvement not only allows me to provide strategic guidance but also aids in steering the teams towards creating more scalable and robust solutions. By fostering a collaborative environment and aligning our efforts with strategic objectives, I strive to elevate the overall effectiveness and impact of our front-end and design initiatives.

Here in this role, I have taken care of the front-end team on day-to-day activities. From managing the team, resource allocation, showing the right direction, planning their learning sessions, improving team skills, exploring new technologies & frameworks, and motivating the team and strengthening their core. I lead many projects as a front-end developer from planning to the handover of every sprint. As a lead, I have taken care of multiple projects and improved my skill without dropping efficiency anywhere. I was included in induction calls with clients to analyse the design and development requirements to provide better results on the sprint tasks. I started and completed UI/UX designs on two important projects in Mediwave's history successfully.My designs are always appreciated and reviewed quickly as it is always user-centric and developer friendly as I am a developer myself. It helped to take many design decisions during the process.

I got introduced to the front-end development team. I developed web applications in Bootstrap Studio during the initial stages and shifted to GitHub workflow later. Planning the design for the development team on sprint tasks with accurate time efforts is my strength. Developing the product/pages on or before without bugs is what I see as the core standard of a Front-end developer.I was heavily involved in developing unique virtual reality experiences for research purposes. I plan, model, texture, and export 3D models with minimal footprint for the Unity3d game engine to build a VR experience. Setting up Oculus Quest and writing better logical functions are my day-to-day activities. I write, test, build and reiterate.
