Metro Bank is a high street retail and commercial bank operating in the UK. I was initially part of the RateSetter organisation, which was acquired by Metro Bank in 2020, becoming the bank’s new Consumer Finance division. RateSetter was a leading peer-to-peer lending FinTech that had lent over £3billion through its platform. I am responsible for leading the operational excellence function across the division. I am also a senior member of the product team, working closely with the Product Director and Product Managers to develop product strategies and deliver product improvements.
