My role is to guide this team with an innovative spirit, and teach them the basic skills of Pivotal Tracker (Agile Project Management).

Research is exploring if we introduce wearable technologies into the workplace, then significant effects and relationships will be observed on workplace productivity and performance. The research is taking place at Mindshare UK and participate 40 employees. I participated as a volunteer and I learned how to coexist and cooperate with other people, in order to achieve a common goal, as a leader and as team member simultaneously.

I started working in the Business Accounts, were I learned how to make budgets and how to control monthly expenses liaising with the Financial Department, but the last three months I moved to the Marketing and Communication sector of the company, where I had the chance to develop a business plan from its initial stage to growth and development.

This working experience made me familiar with the company’s prominent clients in the steel production, such as ThyssenKrupp, Glencore, Arcelor Mittal etc. I witnessed the proceedings in the cooperation between Larco and its conglomerates worldwide in terms of export, matters regarding production, energy efficiency, emission reduction, and optimal usage of natural resources, environmental protection and management. I learned a lot about the new eco efficient and cost effective production procedures and technologies.
