Software Development Portfolio Manager
CurrentEuropean Labour Authority (Hybrid - On-site/Remote)- Active participation in the preparation and approval of all necessary project plans and phases for the developments- Coordination of analysis phase and activities related to specification documents creation, including coordination of high-level requirements gathering and project inception phase exercises- Internal stakeholder management to ensure the adequate engagement of business users throughout the projects' lifecycle- Coordination and facilitation of workshops and other business analysis activities during the execution phase of projects- Manage the organization’s business user requirements - Scheduling and coordination of application demonstrations and trainings as necessary for each relevant stage of project lifecycle- Management and Coordination of contractors' implementation activities and software development in accordance with the SDLC- Participation in contractors' progress reports and reporting necessary findings to organization's management- Change Management: Impact assessment of changes/improvements, prioritization of tasks, incorporation into the plans and scheduling for implementation as applicable- Risk management and regular evaluation of risks and issues overview- Management of the applications' backlog through assessment and prioritization of activities in DevOps- Coordination of software deployments through the various environments, i.e Dev to UAT & UAT to PROD- Coordination of testing activities, from both the contractor's and the Contracting Authority's perspective.- Management of projects' deliverables, ensuring scope, cost, and timeliness- Coordination of projects' closure phase and corresponding activities
