My job in a single phrase:"I make sure the magic happens!"...which can be translated to (in proper working-language)...:"The main goal of my job is to ensure projects get all the resources they need to be successful."

I have designed and directed the Implementation of various Collaboration Centers for our main client in Mexico.Throughout this time I have customized and applied specific practices to the standard methodology for Project Management, which include an addendum for procurement management and tools focused on scope management and cost control, thus reducing risk of affecting profit.The success of the projects I directed has been a key factor for the growth of this business segment on the past 2 years; and the improvement of Project Management processes has served to maintain quality throughout our projects and to assure customer satisfaction.

In the newly created representation in Mexico of AMX, I was responsible of post sales tech support to dealers, project design and technical training programs.Within my time in AMX Mexico, I created the organization and administration of RMAs, Technical Support and Project Development processes.

Project Design was my main responsibility, although I also played some other roles such as supervisor and operations.Within this time, we developed several mixing studios for stereo and multichannel audio systems, home theaters and recording stages for music, locution and doubling.As a founder of this company, we worked focused on delivering a superior quality in acoustics. This was widely achieved in every project, and it served as an important reference to strengthen our relationship with THX for whom we became Professional Representatives in Mexico.

I was responsible of developing designs of visualization centers and tech support for sales.Most projects were focused on audio, video and automation for visualization centers and CCTV surveillance.Other roles I played were project supervisor and tech support.
