•Keep close contact with Client (Sayacorp) & Project Management (Egis) throughout the project life cycle. Accompany stakeholders during site visits and answers concerns regarding project's progress related to ID scope of works.•Liaise, collaborate & coordinate with the various stakeholders such as the Client (Sayacorp), Project Management (Egis), Operator (Hilton/Conrad group), Consultants (MSCEB, LW) & Contractors, developing positive relationships across, compiling project documentations, provide inputs to drive positive outcome in-line with project requirements for timely completion & quality standard.•Attend weekly Management Meetings, Technical Coordination Meetings, and other relevant coordination meetings.•Monitor project correspondences in Aconex. Reviews & immediately responds to RFl's raised by various Contractors through Aconex system.•Reviews and Approves/Rejects Inspection Requests, Material Approval & Sample Inspections, Shop Drawings & AB Drawings, Method Statements, Snags/De-snags and other pertaining documents raised by Main Contractor (Kooheji Contractors) & Fit-out Contractors (Kooheji Joinery & Interiors, Absal Paul Contracting, etc.)•Ensures quality control procedures/project outcome and documentations in line with the project's specifications, standards & method statement per ID Fit-out scope of works.•Ensure all site administration is carried out in accordance with company requirements, carry out other reasonable tasks in accordance with operational needs and represent PAD professionally in both personal appearance & conduct.

•Developing initial design concepts that align with client objectives, spatial functionality, and aesthetic preferences. Choosing FF&E that complement the design concept, budget, and functional re­quirements of the space.•Preparing and presenting design proposals, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and material samples to clients for approval. Overseeing a small team to produce comprehensive working drawings and specifications for construction, in­cluding layout plans, elevations, and detailed drawings as per approved design and custom FF&E.•Estimating costs and managing the project budget, including negotiations with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and furniture.•Serving as one of the primary point of contact between clients , contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.•Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring that the execution aligns with the design intent and adheres to the project timeline and quality standards. Addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise during construction.•Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders, providing up­ dates on project progress and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction with the final outcome.
