• Act as SPOC for ensuring support is being provided to Employees, Managers and HRs globally for their workday related queries.• Support Implementation of new process/task and test it rigorously.• Prepare EIBs (Change Job, Compensation Change, One-Time Payment, Termination, Hire, etc,.) for mass loads.• Work on systems development/upgrade/enhancement projects.• Support general and complex Workday transactions (Updates & Change requests) globally.• Responsible for conducting Audit of Master Data Validation and Data Clean-ups activities (weekly/monthly/quarterly).• Ensure to update and maintain Procedures, Templates, quick guides, step by step guides, and other training material on SharePoint.• Performing data analysis, case history study and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of escalations and provide proper resolution within timeline.• Ensure all Workday tasks and events are resolved as per agreed timelines• Monitor queue assignment on ServiceNow.

• Resolve queries and transactions related to core HR processes for Global region (AMER/EMEA/APAC).• Maintaining data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation & other job change transactions. • Provides query resolution for Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service requests.• Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool (ServiceNow).• Knowledge of Location creation, modification and Inactivation.• Knowledge of Workday Security roles, coordinates with manager and assigns security access as per their employee’s position/role.• Pulls Workday audit report on daily basis and in case of any discrepancy, notify respective HR with appropriate plan of action to fix the issue. • Knowledge of EIBs loads (change job, maintain contact information, edit service date, OTP, compensation change, edit other ID, etc).• Workday Regression Testing.• Communicate and distribute processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees, which are needed to resolve the query/issue.• Updates and creates new SOP(s).• Performing data analysis, case history study and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of escalations and provide proper resolution within timeline.• Performs cleanup activities.• Identifying the process gaps (Improvement ideas), analysing business requirements and delivering best services.• Monitor queue and share daily volume of Assigned & Not-Assigned cases at BOD and EOD with Manager/Team.
