JOB RESPONSIBILITIES”• Handled accounts payable functions of corporate office-Delhi.• Reviewed Vendor’s PO for payment processing.• Scrutinized vendor invoices for Sales tax, service tax and other statutory liabilities and approved the vendor invoice for payment process.• Timely deducted and deposited TDS with respective nature of payment i.e. Contractor, Professional, Rental, Advertisement & Commission etc.• Timely deposited and calculate the custom duty for foreign shipment.• Handled of TDS- i.e. deposited, filled of annual returns- Contractor, Professional and Rental & Others etc. • Handled all statutory obligations related to Service Tax i.e. deposited of service tax and filled of returns.• Issue of various Credit/Debit note and booked the JVs for unadjusted credit/debit.• Timely reconciled Accounts payable balance with vendor’s statement and confirm the credit balance for statutory audit.• Involved with maintenance of books of accounts till their finalization;
