Working on the post of regional coordinator, handling the project of Covid 19 vaccination roll-out and promotion of CAB behavior in district. Developing strategies to engage local community leaders and mobilized vulnerable people for the vaccination. Liaising with stakeholders like elected representatives, civil society networks, religious bodies /leaders, NGOs, youth groups, media groups and other potential stakeholders. Trainings/capacity building of the teams, Monitoring and Evaluation of the program implementation and strategies. Working on data collection and data analysis of the location with the support of government and nongovernment bodies.

As a Senior Trainer/ Program coordinator worked on gender sensitization andwomen safety trainings in public transportation program. Also handled metropolitan cities’ projects of uber driver trainings with the pan India level staff. Coordinating between teams and central office as per the requirement of the program, handling administrative and logistic work also. Liasioning with stakeholders and partners. Played the role of facilitator, trainer and lead theprogram, simultaneously worked on reports and data management. Coordinating and managing multiple projects (POSH) trainings for corporate, Data Analysis, activity designing for trainers and participants and presenting final deliverables to the client.

Worked with 5government schools in Surat (Gujrat).The program Adopts holistic approach to sustain change through key stakeholders i.e., the Principals, Teachers, community members, government bodies, experts, multidisciplinary team members in order to impact the quality of learning provided to children.
