 Involved in managing the compressor, generator, 11KV transformer, protection relay and feeder system from main sub-station.  Equipment failure detailed root-causing, involving all those system listed above before hand-over to supplier. Handling cost of maintenance with Procurement team and engaging supplier with capability.  Has experience in air circuit breaker & vacuum circuit breaker (ACB & VCB) detail maintenance and process overview with supplier. Involved in ENERGY SAVING PROJECT where replace LED Street Light in ANN JOO for reduce Power Consumption.

 Involved in three various process application (front-line, middle & back-end) in producing solar module in terms of equipment handling/maintenance Involved in working along with cell laminator machine on changing the service oil and troubleshooting the system Follow up the calibration schedule and handle simple calibration tasks of electrical and mechanical equipment’s Involved with PM team for Back-end cells. Help to adjust wafer alignment during PM and purge all print nest and cleaning if dryers as well to reduce shunt rate. Help to check gas holes in PECVD chamber by using drill bit to check the holes are not more than 1 mm. Lastly, check for the tube knob is tighten properly if all ok then close chamber and proceed for leak test.
