Current Job Role: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer and Hydraulic Engineer at JSW SteelAs part of my job role, I am in charge of Material Handling Maintenance and Hydraulic Engineering for various types of conveyor systems. Here are some of the key areas I work on:Flat Belt & V-Belt Conveyor: Responsible for the maintenance and operation of flat belt and V-belt conveyor systems.Screw Take-up Conveyors: Ensuring the smooth functioning of screw take-up conveyors.Horizontal & Vertical Gravity Take-up Belt Conveyors: Overseeing the maintenance and operation of horizontal and vertical gravity take-up belt conveyors.Pipe Conveyors: Managing 3 pipe conveyors with belt lengths of 1.4 km, 1.8 km, and 1.8 km, respectively, and handling material transfer of 400 TPH through these conveyors.SAC Conveyor (Steep Angle Conveyor): Designed and commissioned a SAC conveyor with a vertical height of 60 meters and horizontal design.RMHS Conveyor and Hydraulic System: Successfully commissioned the RMHS (Raw Material Handling System) Conveyor and Hydraulic machine like Bucket wheel stacker reclaimers, PSR, BWR , Luffing stacker System.Quality Control Management Projects: Designed and implemented Quality Control Management projects, including Portable Scraper Declaimer for Spillage Reduction and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair). These projects significantly improved the feeding efficiency of machines and reduced delays.TQM Tools and Daily Work Management: Possess good knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) tools and excel in daily work management practices.Working at JSW Steel has provided me with valuable experience and expertise in mechanical maintenance and hydraulic engineering, particularly in the context of material handling and conveyor systems.
