* Prepare Training Material for the Quality Engineers* To Train the Quality Engineers as per procedure and requirements.* To identify need of training to QE and take necessary action* Inspection Workload validation considering Location, Inspector competency, Product description, style and Sample size.* Inspection/audit date confirmation in co-ordination with Client Coordinator.* To get the customized inspection protocol done (Preparation and Review) before inspection.* Scheduling the QE/Auditor for Inspection/Audit considering his competence and expertise level.* Arranging QE/Auditor Travel plan in co-ordination with Client coordinator and Travel desk.* Monitoring QE/Auditor factory arrival time and Departure time.* Provide guidance and Support to QE/Auditor during inspection/Audit, if any technical assistance required.* Follow up with the QE/Auditor for on time( Same Day) report submission.* Responsible for Sending Secured -PDF report to final client.* Resolving Inspection /Audit report queries if any from the client/ Buyers.* Handling the the customer complaints and take necessary action in co-ordination with QM and HOD inspection.* Prepare Preventative action plan on customer complaints & impart necessary training to QE/Auditor.* Communication /circulation of Case study of the complaint to all QE for their understandings.* Evaluation / Planning for Fresher/Experienced QE training on different kind of product (leather/footwear/fabric.Etc.)* Responsible for Executing QE Surprise audit/Witness Audit. * Responsible for QE/Auditor performance monitoring.

* Responsible for overall Quality of Woven tops & Bottoms. (formal & casual Wear)* Executing Pre-production Meetings/Inline/Midline & Final Random Inspections * Accountable to get Proto done/ Size set Approvals/ PP sample approvals/Wash approvals. * Co-ordination with technical & design team for production related issues & taking corrective actions. * Executing Pre-production Meetings /Inline / Midline / Pre-final & Final Random Inspections. * Accountable to get Proto done/ Size set/ PP sample approvals & to implementing quality systems in the factory. * Involving in sampling /embroidery /print, tech pack, pattern checking & follow up with vendor. * Following up orders’ status from sampling to shipment.* Co-ordination with tech dept. for smooth execution of orders* Responsible for quality of kids wear products as per US norms.
