I am looking for new opportunities in the field of semiconductors/MEMS devices. I received my M. Tech in Electronics and communication engineering from ISM (IIT) Dhanbad. As a part of my M. Tech thesis, I worked in BL-7 (X-ray lithography, Indus-2) at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT). Indore and worked on RF cavity resonator design and fabrication using LIGA. where I worked BL-7 (X-ray lithography, Indus-2) in my field.I worked on a bistable MEMS switch. Design, fabrication, and testing as a part of my Ph.D. work at IIT Delhi. I am specialized in semiconductor/MEMS device processing. I have hands-on experience in device fabrication including silicon wafer processing, mask aligner (UV-lithography), wet and dry etching (plasma asher and RIE), RF and DC sputtering, electroplating, optical surface profiler, stylus surface profiler, I-V characterization. I am proficient in using COMSOL multiphysics, ANSYS APDL, AutoCAD, and MATLAB as well as material characteristics such as AFM, FESEM, and XRD. My area of interest includes MEMS/NEMS-based devices, RF actuators/sensors. energy harvesters.
