TechMonarch provides IT managed services to client across the globe. Here I am working as IT Operations Manager. I have to manage new implementation and task and project for our on going clients and new clients. once Client is onboard, I work with concern person/team to understand their infrastructure and provide IT solutions to them. In some scenario I have to assign engineer and provide support to that company. I have to look for L3 and Management level escalations. I also have to do on client coordination. I manage entire team and handling L2 team who provide support for our L1 team and look after their day by day concerns. Here I am working on VAPT, Cloud technology, various backup solutions, Server solutions, Disaster recovery solutions, Infrastructure solutions, security solutions and etc. Company is also dealing with various product like Bit-Defender, Sophos, FortiGate, Azure, VMware, Acronis and etc. So as a part of management I involve all those things to provide better solutions to all our clients.

In this Organization we have learn and worked on multiple project. We have created MDT (Microsoft Deployment Server) for OS deployment and application installation, We have created Policy for BitLocker and that policy was implemented for PAN India users. Worked on PDQ server(For software deployment), where we deployed many application remotely and silently from backend. we have created many PS and .Bat files to make process smooth. Created SOP and KB documents for all the process which was used as per company guidelines.Apart of that I was handling day to day tickets, IT helpdesk tasks which was created for PAN India users and also managing Laptop, desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Company was having Project In D365 and we was providing application support to our clients. In my profile i was looking for D365 and O365 related issues and was providing remote support to our clients.Apart of that we were managing our client's servers on Amazon cloud, Azure cloud and physical servers.

Providing application support for Ford Motors LTD. And taking care of line side production applications.

Job profile: Looking for IT Compliance, desktop support and application support, also having coordination with the all other teams for issue resolution.

Working as a IT Executive, have to handle Server, Network and Desktop issue, having 1000 PC of infrastructure, having remotely support on this location.
