Current- Successfully took the Wear Sensing ECU from the PV phase to production where it is currently in use by customers
- Developed electrical test bench solutions to speed up and optimize testing➝ Utilized Vector CANalyzer and created a custom Arduino based CAN receiver to efficiently procure and analyze J1939 CAN data
- Generated internal and external product specifications for the Wear Sensing ECU
- Collaborated and coordinated with the trailer controls, electrical hardware, vehicle test teams, and both internal and external vehicle diagnostics groups to implement Bendix wear sensing features onto multiple platforms
- Performed both tractor and trailer retrofits to gain field test data and provide real world industry demonstrations
- Led the coordination of both short term and long term solutions to large scale supplier production issues while minimizing exposure to the customer ➝ Guided efforts in the field to resolve faulty products both onsite.
