Part of the 4-member union, we spearheaded a team of 750+ volunteers and 70+ project heads, all motivated to bring about positive social change in society.My key responsibilities included organizing university-wide events that showcased the diverse talents and initiatives of NSS. Notable events included Kala, an expressive arts event, Noor - Diwali Mela, and Nexus - an academic convention. With a total budgetary allocation of Rs. 3 Lakh, I efficiently managed financial resources and ensured their optimal utilization. Through meticulous planning and monitoring, I aligned budget allocations with the desired outcomes, delivering impactful results that reflected the mission and vision of NSS. Heading six sub-teams, including Infra-Logistics, Hospitality, Media, Coverage, Research, and Editorial, I fostered effective collaboration and streamlined operations. Additionally, I oversaw the end-to-end management of NSS merchandise for 400+ volunteers. This included procurement, distribution, and ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality merchandise that represented the values and spirit of NSS.

One of my key responsibilities was recruiting and maintaining a team of dedicated volunteers. By effectively managing the recruitment process and fostering a supportive environment, I ensured the maximum level of commitment and efficiency towards the NGO's mission. Acting as a liaison between NSS (LSR) and Muskaan NGO, I facilitated seamless communication and maintained a strong partnership between the two organizations. This collaboration was crucial in furthering the objectives of both entities and ensuring the continuity of support for intellectually challenged individuals.Additionally, I spearheaded a successful fundraising initiative by organizing a pop-up shop in college. This event showcased products made by intellectually challenged adults, raising over Rs.10,000 in funds. This not only generated financial resources for the NGO but also increased awareness about the talents and abilities of intellectually challenged individuals within the college community.
