Mindfulness it's an intentional moment-to-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. It is also involves an attitude of acceptance, meaning paying attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them -without believing that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or rehearsing the future. Mindfulness is our innate mental capacity for well-being, healing, learning and growing. As an authorised Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School (CFM/UMASS) my purpose is to facilitate and support the healing and transformation from living in stress and reactivity of the autopilot to a more conscious, balanced and joyful life. To teach and guide in practical and engaging ways, how to recognise and uncover harmful behaviours, unproductive thought patterns and limiting beliefs and start creating the space for developing emotionally and mentally healthy habits and attitudes. For more information about Mindfulness 360 programs for organizations and individuals, please visit our web site www.mindfulness360.net or I’ll be glad to arrange a 30’ introductory meeting (https://bit.ly/2Z4LSLW) and together explore suitable coaching/training options based on your or your organization’s particular needs.
